UG 3D Polymer Master Batch
UG-Conductive Graphene Filament, a material by Ugent Tech nano-composite polymer is specifically designed to allow you to 3D print electrically conductive components using almost any commercially available desktop 3D printer.
At the moment the majority of 3D printers, especially the low cost systems, print using a technology called 'Fused filament fabrication (FFF)', these printers currently tend to print using one of the following materials: Ugent Tech Nano composite reinforced polymer, Ugent product covers general polymer, engineering polymer (PLA, PVA, PC/ABS, PA6, ABS, etc.) . Ugent Tech Nano composite polymer modifying agent including carbons Nano fiber and graphene.
UG 3D PLA master batch PLA (Polylactic Acid) – PLA is probably the easiest material to work with when you first start 3D printing. It is an environmentally friendly material that is very safe to use.
UG 3D ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) master batch – ABS is considered to be the second easiest material to work with when you start 3D printing. It's very safe and strong, and widely used for things like car parts, and toys.
UG 3D PVA (Polyvinyl Alcohol Plastic) master batch –The popular general 3D printers use PVA plastic

Ugent Tech In addition to providing a UG PLA, UG ABS , UG PVA , UG PC based Electrical Conductivity Series of standard products can also be tailored to fit the customers ' needs, providing customized with the overall solution of plastic modification. Featuring a consistent anti-static material, (surface resistance 10EXP6 to 10EXP10Ω/sq) , static elimination material (surface resistance 10EXP6 to 10EXP9Ω/sq) , electrically conductive material (surface resistance 10EXP1 to 10EXP4Ω/sq ) EMI shielding material ( surface resistance 10EXP0 to 10EXP3Ω ) Heat sinks, reducing overheating of electronic devices are required,In order to determine if the material will work for your project, you will have to keep in mind that the resistivity will change depending upon your print. It is suggested that our filament material can be used for the applications below:

  UG 3D polymer master batch conductive for graphene filament may also be used for applications which require superior strength to PC, PA6, ABS and PLA.
Sensors Applications
  UG 3D Polymer master batch for conductive graphene filament can be used to create capacitive (touch) sensors used in a wide range of electronics which you interact with on a daily basis; it is an excellent material for designing human interface devices! Capacitive sensing can also be used to measure proximity, position, humidity, fluid levels, and acceleration.
  Projects include: gaming controllers digital keyboards, track pads, drum machines, conductive traces, LED, wearable electronics.
UG EMI electromagnetic and radio frequency shielding polymer master batch
  The superior conductivity offered with conductive graphene filament is not only excellent for 3D printed circuitry and sensors – it also means our filament is wholly capable of use in EMI and RF shielding applications critical for use in a range of industries, including: portable telecommunications, hospital conductive equipment, medical devices,enclosures and packaging.
  Aerospace and automotive thermal conductive (heat sinks, reducing overheating of electronic devices)
  UG EMI/RF shielding is used to block the electromagnetic field and radio frequency electromagnetic radiation within a space; it is important to use EMI and RF shielding in a hospital, laboratory, or aerospace setting to protect against competing signals because they may lead to equipment giving false measurements. EMI/RF shielding accomplishes this by blocking AM, FM, TV, emergency services, and cellular signals.
  UG EMI / radiofrequency shielding polymer master batch and high-strength mechanical Polymer master batch or "multifunctional properties" is ideal for designing used in highly-customized items.
